Thought the OPI was a bad call, especially after a more blatant one on Houston was not called a few plays after that.
Penalties killed us. Most of them were false starts and illegal shifts and that happens when you start a new QB.
I was impressed by Mike White. Wouldn't have known that he was a true freshman playing his first game. Can't wait to see what the future holds.
It was nice to finally see an offense last night.

Sorry to hear y'all lost Mucho.
On another note, I followed your guys in to Houston Hobby Wed afternoon. There were thunderstorms in the area and the field was actually closed for just over an hour. Your guys were on a Delta 757 and had to hold with us for just a bit. Once we were getting released into the approach a few calls over the radio included "Go Bulls."
I wonder if they had equipment issues or weather last night but flight aware shows them not leaving HOU until like 5:30 am this morning. That would really blow goats if they had to hang around all night.

Mechanical issue prevented the team from leaving until early this morning.
Sucks to lose the game, but I think we have something set for the future. Played 9 true freshman last night and some have been playing for a few games and have been doing well. Once Coach Taggart has a couple of more of his recruiting classes coming in I think we will be back to winning consistently.

Mucho, how has Aaron Lynch been doing this year? I haven't seen any games so I was curious.

Jekyll and Hyde so far.
Can definitely see the potential, but he has to get his head together. Had a facemask penalty last night that was the result of the QB ducking his head where he never pulled. Would have been a 5 yard penalty back in the day. Took an absolutely terrible personal foul penalty when it was 28-23 before a snap when it was 2 and 10.
