Yeah, I realize the source shouldn't be taken seriously. But links to "scholarly" interpretations are provided. If you disagree with the possible interpretations given, what are your interpretations?

The Bible does indeed contain some disturbing, strange, and puzzling passages. Back in the day it was routine for there to be a Bible reading at the opening of the day in our high school home room. Imagine that? Anyway I always loved to do the honors. Of course I would choose some racy and shocking verses. Kept Mrs. Downing our home room teacher on her toes. (-:
