First off in Buttlick Saskatchwean, the provincial government has decided kids must be fed completely balanced meals. One day care took it so far as to fine a mother $10 when her kids lunches didn't have a serving of grain. So the school charged her for Ritz crackers there were forced to provide in her negligence.

At the same time outside of Hongcouver a kindergarten class was issued a zero tolerance policy on touching other students. Little Timy just asked for help getting his sub zero gear off, by all means help him, just don't touch him.

Hongcouver <------- good one. One of Mrs.O's uncles lived there for years till he finally got tired of shall we say a change in demographics. Richmond Hill outside of Toronto looks like Karachi or whatever they call it these days. Crown colonies was a great idea.
