That had to be awesome.

I have flown in only one biplane. Great experience, if not loud and windblown. Kinda imagine that it is similar to riding a motorcycle at highway speeds what with the wind burn on your face afterwards and the ringing in the ears.

Back in the day those were flying one only needed a few hours before they could fight.

There's a company here that takes folks up in one of those for a sight seeing flight. I'll pass.

Wait, a dog house or a WWI bird?

Agree with you on the dog house, not the plane. In fact if something goes wrong while you are in a plane one of those might be my first choice. That or a 172.

Last thing I would want to be in would be an A380, followed by any other Airbus product.

Having a dreadlock shorn Richard Sherman on the side of the plane makes this thing kind of contemporary...

But you'd go up in a 787?

Hell yes and I already have.

Do you know something we don't? Have your union boys been messing around since the vote? On that note it is pretty funny that the national leadership wanted to allow a vote and the local guys did everything they could to prevent a vote. Then when that didnt work they ran a huge vote no campaign and the members still went against them. Pretty funny watching that union rep announce the results of the vote. He actually blamed the media for the outcome.

Pshaw, that's nothing. When I was Wing Commander for the PAC back in the day, the general let me fly his antique WW-I plane all the time. We'd take it up to Olongapo city and get blow jobs while we drank beers at the bar.
