I enjoyed reading the contracts that some of the early musicians signed. It is amazing how bad those greats were treated by the record companies. I hope they had a good time even though they never seemed to make a dime. Maybe that is why their music was so good.

Certainly makes it understandable why they were able to write, sing, & play the blues.
