Flint-Saginaw-Detroit are no surprise and have been total shitholes for decades. Dearborn-Dearborn Heights-Westland-Taylor are Wayne County inner ring suburbs that have "declined" as refugees from Detroit seek greener and affordable pastures and the manufacturing jobs disappeared.
