Rightfully so, courts are striking down quota requirements.

But we both know an amendment of which you speak will never pass, so what else do you suggest?

I never said he did make contact, but since you brought it up the jury appears to have believed Scott's story that the Vic was running at him.

Nobody, you or anybody else, should be comparing the two cases because they are not, as we say in the law biz, on point with eachother. Therefor this can not be used to prove anything about Zim.
As for the Zim verdict, there is no proof that it would have turned out diff with roles reversed. It is probably more likely that a black dude gets convicted, but that is as far as it goes.
