Everything The Stones released from Beggars Banquet to Goats Head Soup should be in all music collections. That said, there is a 30 year period of non stop album tripe and steadily declining live work to consider. If they had punched out in 1984 after Undercover they might merit mv's ranking. Instead we've been treated to the musical equivalent of Willie Mays stumbling around in the outfield for 30 straight years. Not cool Mick.

As I said before I am a big Elvis Costello fan. Right now I'm into a lot of Classical. I also listen to lots of Spanish music, mostly Cuban. When I'm with the hookers it's usually data life, ave d and the like. When I do pick music at the local watering hole it's usual Cash or Dropkick Murphys (the Murphys are redundant to be sure but it suits the bar.) If I'm on youtube it is usually Dead Kennedys, black flag and the like. The rolling stones? Unless it is S4tD it is all shit. It was shit in the 60's and it's shit now.
