Interesting Stat
Cal has NEVER trailed in a game this year (can any other school claim this) ?
It's kinda like pitching a "no-hitter" and still losing the game.
Cal'd

Cal's problem has always been... if they have a 7 point lead on a team in the 2nd half. They think scoring again is running up the score.
As noble as this may be... it won't happen again.
1. Cal vs Northwestern 31-7 at halftime (on the road).
2. Cal vs Sacramento State (who pounded Oregon State, Colorado, etc. over the last few years) 45-7 at halftime.
3. Cal vs Arizona 28-6 at halftime (on the road).
Like I said, this won't happen again... and the fact that Cal has covered the spread in every game this year makes it a good call.
I actually feel sorry for Colorado this weekend... coming to Strawberry Canyon

I'm not sure about last weekend... but, "The Beast" had a talk with them a couple of days ago.

Re: Interesting Stat
if crap cal can't beat colorado by 14 at strawberry canyon they suck even more on the football field than they do in every existential sense.
cu aren't as bad as they were with embree but they are still pretty bad. and very bad on the road.
that said, shoulder to shoulder....go buffs.

Interesting stat. King Crimson has managed to slip a CU reference into every discussion on this board.

Good game down here in the Pac 12 cellar. Looks to be headed to OT. Lots of stats, interesting and otherwise, are bound to emerge from this game.

Re: Interesting Stat
I'm still trying to figure out what that play call was on 4th & goal. Nice win for the Miltons. There are no easy outs this year in the Pac 12.

Re: Interesting Stat
not blocking anyone seems to have been the playcall on 4th. macintyre is pissed. 3rd down execution not great either.

A game for the ages...
So many records set in this historic battle, I don't even know where to start.
449, 7, 1
Will NEVER be repeated in a College Football game again.
That GOAL LINE STAND was gigantic.
Props to the CU buffs.... they have some serious talent on that offense. On defense... well, they look a lot like us.

See.... #2 (Daniel Lasco) standing next to "BeastMode" ?
Seems he took "The Beast's" words to heart...
Longest pass play in Cal football history
goes "Beast" then turns on the jets... Cal will NEVER be known as a slow team... actually, they're the fastest team in the PAC year in an year out.

Kinda reminds of when "Jet Blue" busted a nut into our little sister down in LA.
