1 Timothy 2:5
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus



The One God is the Creator of all things. John 1:3.

Because we are creations of God, we feel, recognize, and know that God is.
We have no excuse for denying Him. Romans 1:20.

Denial of God is the beginning of hardship and oppression.


Jesus Christ is the one-time sacrifice for all sin. Hebrews 10:12.

Cain denied the necessity of blood sacrifice, thought he would show his effort and goodness to God, and it immediately became the source of his extreme oppression.
Oppressed, enraged, violent, to the point of murder.

Man simply can not meet God on his own terms.

Jesus Christ is the only bridge to God. Acts 4:12.


Romans 8:8
So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God
