Michael Brown was a criminal who committed a robbery, then assaulted a police officer. His death was initiated by his own actions.

Eric Garner is a totally different situation. From the evidence I've seen (the video), the officer should be charged with murder. If NYC commits 5 or 6 cops to the arrest of a guy selling individual cigs, they have their priorities wrong to begin with, but that man should not be dead. His family has every right to be pissed as hell, whereas Michael Brown's family certainly should be grieving, but they have to realize that kld fucked himself up.

I would like to see more of the video. Is it hard to breath when you are morbidly obesse and have 3 cops sitting on you trying to get you cuffed? Sure it is. But there is a simple solution.
