For those of us who don't keep tabs on high school boys, can you provide some context to this strange thread?

Josh Sweat, who at least one of the services had as the #1 player, just chose FSU over Oregon... he'll live to regret it.
But they did get Canton Kaumatule, who is also a superstud at DE.
What's crazy these days, is the "unofficial" recruiting of sophmores. There's a QB in Hawaii that was mentored as a kid by some dude named Marcus Mariota, and people think he might be just as good. He's already got offers from USC, UCLA, and Taco Tech... but he's waiting on an offer from a little further north, says he already has his mind made up.
I see Bama just pulled some crazy sophomore, too.

Care to expound upon that a bit? Live to regret it????? Sounds like what Lou Holtzzzccchhhhssss( I am glad I don't to stand in front of him when he says 'Mississippi') said to Bentley in 93 when he chose FSU over ND as place kicker. He said he would regret it for the rest of his life. Meanwhile, less than a year later, Bentley was having his finger sized for the NC ring. ND went on probation 1 year later.Josh Sweat, who at least one of the services had as the #1 player, just chose FSU over Oregon... he'll live to regret it.
What were we just talking about?

Until the ink is dry on their LOI, it means nothing. Especially for the sophomores.

No, they didn't.Roger_the_Shrubber wrote: Meanwhile, less than a year later, Bentley was having his finger sized for the NC ring. ND went on probation 1 year later.
What's Scott doing with his life now? According to his wikipedia page, he's an avid softball player. So he's got that going for him.
