Thing is BAD ASS. Best purchase I've made in forever. I use it every day. I've been making chicken stirfry for the most part, here's the ingredients I use:
Snap peas
Green beans
mushrooms
red pepper
stir-fry mix of broccoli, carrots and snow peas
SAUCE:
1 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp soy sauce, sherry
1/2 tbs salt
put heat on very high, add 1 tbs canola oil
throw chicken in first, don't touch for first minute, then stir. let cook for about two minutes.
throw in stir fry mix, then peas and green beans, then mushrooms and peppers. Cook about 6-8 addl minutes.
Then throw in sauce, stir for a minute or two, then serve.
Pretty good stuff, though I think I'm going to cut the sauce in half soon.
Any tips? How can I make my stir fry better? What else do you pole smokers use your wok for?
