Bullshit. The aid was significant, not just financially, but politically. In fact we're still the only powerful ally Israel has. And as far as the non-proliferation treaty, this isn't the point. Rather, the U.S., starting with Ike and continuing all the way, has maintained a strict policy (not a treaty) of being extremely opposed to secret development of nuclear weapons. And really, this is the point. First, that Israel completely hid their weapons development, and lied continuusly. The perverse irony of this rabid military state declaring its hysterical fear of some else developing nukes is just pure sleazy chutzpah. Clearly, from the terrorist bombing of the King David Hotel, and ruthless devastation of millions of Palestinians, the Zionazis have shown themselves to be the cause of region's problems. And they're not even Semitic. They're from Russia. It's exactly like the French in Algeria, except these are utterly rapacious Nazi-like murderers. And they've got how many hundred nukes? For what? And why do you think they're any different from the German Nazis?
