I've been in contact with several therapists around the Bay Area and finally settled on one I feel would be able to help you tremendously. His name is Dr. Paul Dubin and here is his bio:

- Feelings of insecurity and low self-esteem which are manifested through creating a false identity online
- Instigates "battles" in which the patient attempts to portray a superior level of sophistication, wealth, and intellect over others
- Alcohol and drug abuse (not 100% certain but most likely)
I had more to say but Dr. Dubin practically cut me off. He told me that he specializes in dealing with patients with these symptoms and should have "no trouble" helping m2. He sounded quite confident...perhaps even a little cocky...but I trust his judgment.
As you can see from his web page his rate is not cheap but I assured him that you are a very successful windchime salesman. If, however, chime sales are down this quarter, then we as a collective board can look into starting a fund to raise the money necessary for you to complete the treatment.
