He aslo has an older brother, Daniel, at Florida who is looking to transfer to USC and the family is looking at moving from Georgia, where they have lived for about 4 years, back to Orange County, CA for Josh's senior season. Both kids grew up in Southern California as USC fans, The Trojans just didnt have the scholarships available to offer Daniel but now they have a lot of available scholarships

Schools should not be allowed to recruit out-of-state prospects UNLESS those prospects have some past connection to the states from which those schools reside?
