FanDuel or DraftKings

So I have a little extra cash and some time to kill, and I hear these daily fantasy sites are a real fun way to win some money. So,which one is easier to play or more likely to pay out big time? Anybody ever played these sites before? I figure I'm doing OK on the CFB pickem - how hard can it be?

Better hurry up and win your millions before gov moonbeam follows in NY's foot steps. The NY gov just shut down that stuff in NY because he didn't like those bastards horning in on his lotto turf. For years all their po folk were stuck with state lottery games. I suspect that recently that money was moving to the FF racket which I suspect has a better payout than lottery and is actually fun. Fukk, the 3 card monty dude on the corner has a better payout that state lotteries.

I've played both and possibly like Fanduel better, but DraftKings is licensed to promote NFL players whereas Fanduel is in the middle of a lawsuit with the players union. If I were you, stick with the NBA in those cheap $2-$5 plays. That is where I've had some success and got my account up to 4x what I initially deposited. To me it's easier to pick an NBA lineup than baseball or football.

It's easier to buy scratch offs at the 7-11. But, at least FF provides some entertainment value. And you do at least have the illusion of it having something to do with skill. I haven't any interest personally. Already have plenty of ways to piss away my free time. How much skill really is involved? Are there people that are good enough at it to make a living other than those actually running leagues? Seems to me that there is a whole lotta luck involved.

I don't actually have any extra time OR money, and wouldn't spend it on this if I did. But...if you get enough of a rush playing these games that it's worth dropping a few bucks on, so be it. You're fooling yourself if you fall for the claim it's not gambling, though. Not too many people making money on this, except the folks running it and a very few who have the time and statistical knowledge to actually do the research and analysis.

Not too surprising that big investors include all the major pro sports leagues, as well as some of the teams, and the sports broadcasting networks.
