Face it, fellas, it's Bernie Or Bust. Either Hillary or Trump (or whatever gerrymandered clown the malignant GOP nominates) will be an unprecedented catastrophe. Bernie's bold plans wouldn't be enacted with any draconian measure, so don't worry about that. Just take a reality check and do the right thing.

Of course Bernie has bold plans. He is going to fix the admittedly bought and paid for federal government by giving us more federal government. But, it will be honest federal government, because it will be run by him. So what if he's never run a damn thing in his entire life.

Old Bern is going nowhere. The Clinton machine has the Dem nomination all locked up. It's probably an accident that the USA as we think of it has lasted as long as it did. Sadly, because I'm not far behind RTS to the Pearly Gates, I'm not really going to have to live with it much.

Sounds like working highway maintenance during a slow winter.

Let's notice that you've only offered callous dismissal bullshit. You're not prepared to engage this man on any of his clearly presented arguments. You're some kind of foul and lame fake creep..just pretending to be alive.......what are you?

Bernie does a good job pointing out the undeniably corrupt system. Crony capitalism runs amok on both sides of the aisle. Where he goes off the rail is with his cure. He has this fukked up altruistic idea that he thinks will work despite its proven failure time and time again. The only answer that might possibly work and it won't be perfect, is to simply put a short leash on the federal government. Crony capitalism only works when there is a payoff. Drain the DC swamp and the parasitic lobbyists will slither away.

Word. They need to get with the times and teach them how to stealthily read message boards and post on Facebook all day when they should be working.

Funny, seems like a lot of folks were saying the same thing eight years ago.

Thousands of Bernie Bro's have been placed on suicide watch.

LTS was seen this morning at ACE Hardware checking out heavy duty shower rods.

88. Are the folks in your school district nuts? The worst thing they ever did in the school where I taught was to house grades 7-12 in the same building. Not only that, they did the junior high area with the flexible walls and all. Turned out to be (as anyone with half a brain) an educational disaster. The next rebuild had it back with real walls, doors, etc.. Sure, you can save $$ by sharing things like the library and gyms, but having 12 year old kids in the same area as 18 year olds is not good, period. For the future of those kids sake, I hope it gets voted down. Build the middle school as far away from the high school as you can.

Good point. I should have been more specific. Have any of you worked for a private sector employer who permitted you to just hang out and interact and not be responsible to do anything of structure?

Well it's an idea borne out of corporate psychology, it's en vogue and it's transferred itself into education.

I've seen it. I was in the Masonic Temple in Toronto for a few weeks, it was once a ... Masonic Temple. Then a concert hall, television studios for CTV and now owned by some sort of IT company. I spent two hours reasearching the firm on the net and could never figure out what they actually did.

It was a fucking playground. They installed slides to get from floor to floor. Ping Pong, pool, set your own hours. All the computer whiz's did their work in the 'Alley'. A massive room full of desks with real streetlights along the walls, they hired a graffti artist for $40,000 to spraypaint the room gansta. Toys everywhere.
They spent $80,000 on a golf simulator.
The old auditorium is intact, during the world cup, games all day and food and drinks for anyone who wanted it. Unreal.
