Nearly 20 years ago, I rented a box truck about the size of the one used in the Nice attack, for the move back to the U&R.

I didn't need a special license. There was no waiting period.

As long as box trucks are as easy to get as computers, the carnage will continue. I mean, who the hell needs a 28ft box truck anyway?
