Rather than discussing who and what these various agents actually do and what their purpose might be, I just want to know one thing first.

Who is going to lead the Department of Redundancy Department?

Or does this department of departments require multiple leads?

I don't have a problem with the military or Generals in general though I do wonder (wander?) how many/much of the agencies and their duties overlap. Too much bureaucracy, for sure.

Actually, I just want someone at the Fed to answer the phone one day at work and say...

"Department of Redundancy Department, how may we help you help yourself?"

Or something to that effect.
