Who is going to lead the Department of Redundancy Department?
Or does this department of departments require multiple leads?

I don't have a problem with the military or Generals in general though I do wonder (wander?) how many/much of the agencies and their duties overlap. Too much bureaucracy, for sure.
Actually, I just want someone at the Fed to answer the phone one day at work and say...
"Department of Redundancy Department, how may we help you help yourself?"
