I'm thinking that it is not taught anymore. Also, follow your shot in for a rebound. Both were effective back in the day.

Three missed free throws, three missed opportunities to win. Box out, indeed. However, the offensive glass won it for the Heels last night, although the turnovers didn't help Oregon one bit.
I'm happy though. I have UNC winning it all in my tourney bracket.

Dennis was a motherfukker in the paint. He absolutely pwned Shaq when Shaq was in his prime. The bulls would not have gotten past the Magic in the playoff series during MJ's second run. It is a shame he was such a fukking nutjob.
