It sounds to me like evidence is being gathered. Are you happy that Trump apparently shared classified information with the Soviets that might endanger the lives of intelligence operatives? That he supposedly asked Comey to back off investigating Flynn then fired him when he refused? Yes, in theory he's innocent until proven guilty, but these are the ways of the modern press. I do believe he's a petulant, immature blowhard totally unfit for the office, so I'm enjoying the process.

The dems originally tried the "Russkies hacked the voting machines" line. That was dismissed as impossible, so they have gone to this weak as non-crime.

The Russkies MAY have been involved in uncovering DNC emails, but it's looking rather likely that it was an inside job carried out by butt-hurt Bernie bros. Either way, no one has denied the accuracy of the emails, so who really gives a fukk if it was Putin, a Bernie bro or simply the dems being laughably incompetent when it comes to handling sensitive info, which seems to be a long running theme with them.

In the end, they lost because they outdid the republicans in picking a shit candidate. My fear is that they will get back to their winning formula and go with a nice talking clean minority, prolly that douche from NJ. If Hillary had the slightest bit of a brain she would have picked him as VP and likely would have gotten enough colored folk off the couch and into the voting booth to swing MI and PA.
