My old neighborhood in Houston handed out wrist bands for residents so you would know the difference between your neighbors kids and the thousands of others.

This isn't a reflection on you personally (unless you came up with the idea), but just admit that this was a terrible idea and should never be repeated.

Now way in hell I would put that much thought into Halloween. My idea was to go to dinner and or a bar and let the night pass by. I will say the wrist bands were way over used in that 'hood. They did serve a purpose for the pools but after that they were just stupid.

The wrist bands were felt necessary by some since there were 1700 homes in the development.

That's a lot of fucking wristbands. Probly would've been cheaper to just throw a couple of dum-dums to the poor brown kids.
