Sun Trust Field excursion

Post by BSmack »

Down in Atlanta visiting my parental units. Managed to hook up some tickets to the Braves game last night. Got a few pictures.

We were in a section called The Chop House. Had a waitress for the entire game. Pretty epic time was had by all.

Got there early and watched BP

Good to see such solid support from bravefan.

Possibly the worst fan support in MLB, after the florida teams that is. Check out a TB redsox game in TB some time. You'd think the sox are the home team.

That's because nobody is from Atlanta. And the Braves suck out loud.

Give that man a cheroot. There is nothing at the bottom of a Cracker Jack box anymore. There isn't even a box.

Haven't been to a Padre game this season, and probably won't.

Haven't been to a Charger game since sometime in the 70s and probably never will.

Stanford is coming down to play SDSU in a couple of weeks at San Diego - formerly Qualcomm - formerly Jack Murphy - formerly San Diego - Stadium. I might have to spring for that one.

Yeah, same goes for Florida, but more so. You might have thought that some semblance of fan loyalty would have taken hold with their run in the 90s, but I guess not.

Saw the same thing in Arizona with the D-Backs. Particularly with transplant NY and Chicago fans.
