Malzahn is probably as good a coach as Auburn will be able to hire as long as:
1. The Sabot is at bammer. Even with Florida's resources, Urban Meyer tucked tail and fled.
2. Jay Jacobs, Pat Dye's fair-haired boy, is AD at Auburn. No football coach worth having wants to work for him.
3. Tennessee, Florida, and LSU are all looking for coaches. They also have more money than AU can afford.
