Knowing what we know about Manafort, that would not be a surprise. Like I said earlier I was appalled that Trump hired him.
However, in that article you linked I have no idea why the writer brought up the giraffes and lion on his lawn. Seems petty when there's plenty of real stuff to be disgusted by with the guy. This is some prime evidence of poor journalism.
