Dancing Goat Distillery Limousin Rye is uniquely aged with innovative barreling techniques utilizing three different types of vintage and new oak. Forward notes of light vanilla and caramel finish with a swell of spice and warmth. Blended in our custom made Solera finishing system with Limousin oak barrels.

Distilled within 20 minutes of my house. Very interesting rye whiskey, currently bottled at around 4 years or so. Their unique finishing system kind of rounds the edges on this rye. I like my sharper tasting ryes as well, but this is a nice change of pace.

Queue up your alky blasts, tards. I'd bet good money that I drink less liquor in a week than most of you.
