The gist of the story is a male teacher is being punished by being reassigned to a different school (although initially he was going to be put on administrative leave) for refusing to watch a junior high school girl disrobe and then dress for PE. The girl identifies as a transgendered male. The school district had placed a “gag order” on the situation preventing parents from learning of this development prior to it happening. As to what occurred, the girl went into the boy’s locker room while the boys were undressed causing much distress amongst them, many who complained to their folks when they arrived home later that day. Understandably, parents were outraged that this had transpired.

Welcome to the brave new world of Progressivism where up is down and right is wrong. They won’t be happy until the fundamental transforming of America has taken place. How many of us knew that was what Obama meant when he spoke those words?

How do Title IX and gender identity policies on non discrimination work hand in hand? For example, what is stopping a group of HS "boys" from saying they "identify" as female from then trying out for the "girls" basketball team. If the school were to deny them the opportunity to play on the "girls" team, the LGBT community would be up in arms. The "boys" would claim discrimination based on sexual identity. Then one of the "girls" who also "identifies" as a girl who didn't make the "girls" basketball team could claim a Title IX violation.


It would seem that both sides would have a strong legal standing to fall back on, but that disagree with each other. I doubt this is anywhere close to widespread, but it has probably happened.

Yea, there's just a world of otherwise cis gendered people who would deal with the abuse that gets rained down on trans people just to get a glimpse of some HS girls in a locker room. You know that’s not a thing, right? Just like there’s no such thing as a hate crime in and of itself, nor is there such a thing as hate speech as a specific category of language. These are just definitions of words which Progressives have injected into the lexicon to broaden the scope of what they wish to suppress. Having successfully done so, now it is easy to criminalize thought and offensive behavior, like that group of high school boys in Utah who jokingly gave the Nazi salute at the state capital. There are people who want to punish them with expulsion or worse for being dumb kids.

Next up for criminalization: The First Amendment. Oh, my bad, old news. Democrats have already begun attacking that in the context of political suppression such as the film about Hillary Clinton.

It won’t be completed until K-12 is properly termed re-education and children are taught to inform on their parents— lol, like that has ever happened, right? Right?
