And I never considered moving to AZ. We looked around in Santa Fe about a year ago. It's a nice area but there's no work there. I'll stay around here at least until I retire. And my mortgage payment and property taxes are so low it would be hard to justify moving anywhere unless I was incapacitated.

The only way you could justify moving (from your sofa) is if you hired a forklift driver.
