I don’t know anything about him other than this. 290 is a joke for many reasons.
1) You can have to register for peeing behind a bar at 2am.
2) It tells all 290 offenders that they will never rehabilitate so why try.
3) It has no good mechanism to handle homeless or transient working registrants.
4) It is violative of peoples right to live where they want after they are off parole or probation. In some cities you have few if any places you can live due to what are called micro parks. This is a small bit of land designated as a park that 290s can’t live within 2000 feet of. It’s not there for kids to enjoy as they are often too small or in strange places.
5) But the worst reason is most sex offender molest family and friends which is rarely effected by registration.
