That’s the problem of the Left. They must politicize everything because there is nothing bigger than themselves. When you remove religion, family, and patriotism from the public sphere you end up with nothing more than politics, which results in a zero sum game since there is nothing larger in your life than politics. It infuses sports, education, entertainment, relationships, everything. Nothing is safe or exempt from politics.
This is why you end up with Colin Kapernick, a multimillionaire, complaining about the NFL slavery system. It utterly distorts your worldview.

Pretty sure he was complaining about the inequality of treatment of young black men by police.Rooster wrote:This is why you end up with Colin Kapernick, a multimillionaire, complaining about the NFL slavery system. It utterly distorts your worldview.
It seems you injected your personal political bias, and attributed a false view on a perceived political opponent...

That's pretty close to the dumbest thing you've ever posted. And you do set a pretty high bar.Papa Willie wrote:I have no idea (nor ever have) why some bands think it's cool to be political. Music is supposed to be an escape from all of that shit.
Art in all forms has always been political. Tell me you knew.

Just listened to that track. It sucks harder than Ted Cruz.
