Redpill on Tulsi Gabbard -- Populist Democrat

Post by BlackThroatedWind »

Tulsi Gabbard (D) is a Hawaii Congresswoman running for President.

Gabbard's father was a Tennis Pro, Restaurant Owner, and Anti-Homosexual advocate. Her Mother was a Teacher. She was home-schooled by oddball parents. They raised her as both a Catholic and a Hindu.

At just 21, she ran for a State House seat and won. Her politics were a strange mix of Social Conservatism and Environmentalism. Her major issue was to clean the water...but she also carried on a minor crusade against local pro-homosexuality activists. She was Pro-Life.

During her time in the State House, 9/11 happened. She pulled the Pat Tillman move and quit, to sign up for Iraq. Gabbard served 2-tours in Iraq, the first as a medic in a combat zone, the second as a Platoon leader
for the Army Military Police. Her time in Iraq changed her. She came back with swaths of grey hair and her husband divorced her, which she blamed on her time away. Most notably, her political views radically
changed. She was no longer a Social Conservative...most of her views took a very Libertarian slant. She said her shifting views were a result of "witnessing the effects of Middle Eastern governments using its power to both define and then enforce morality'."

Tulsi ran for Congress in 2012 and scored an upset victory. She trailed the Primary front-runner by 45% with just 3-months to go and rallied to win the election by a landslide 22% margin. She was the star of the 2012 election cycle for Democrats in Congress. The Dem Establishment fast-tracked her...but she was often at odds with Obama and Hillary Clinton on Foreign Policy. She was #2 at the DNC until she resigned to endorse Bernie Sanders. The hacked Podesta
E-mails showed that Big Money bundlers who supported Hillary Clinton promised to "drop the hammer" on Gabbard.

Since announcing her run for President, Gabbard has been the subject of one of the most brazen Smear Campaigns I've ever seen. A soon discredited NBC Article came out the day she launched her campaign, painting her as a Putin puppet. Her old Anti-Homo stuff was dug up, forcing a taped apology. It was widely rumored that the Israel Lobby, the Saudi Lobby, the Military Industrial Complex, and the Hillary 2016 team were all out to get her. Gabbard had to endure the backlash from a David Duke endorsement. She was ambushed in every TV appearance and even Stephen Colbert transformed into her Prosecutor and went after her, without ever telling a single joke during his interview.

CNN gave her a Town Hall, where they had DNC operatives posing as ordinary people, asking her suspicious questions designed to make her look bad. In a great moment of trolling, Fox's Tucker Carlson brought her on his show and with a gleam in his eye, gave her the softest and most friendly interview he's ever given a Liberal. Her meeting with Assad is the favorite attack point of the Psy Ops campaign against her.

Despite the Smear Campaign -- Gabbard is popular with the ever diminishing Anti-War Left. She also has some mild support in Alt-Right circles and on the Chans. Her name spelled backwards is "Islut" and she's won all 9 of her past elections by double-digit landslides. Until now, she's defeated every foe she's ever faced (except for Adult Acne) but she is currently a big longshot at 50/1 odds in the 2020 race. She enjoys Boxing and MMA fights and is skilled in the Marital Arts herself. I want her to mount me and choke me. I leave you with her surfing and singing...

Don't believe I ever heard of her. Now I see why.

That sounds good. She gets my vote. Right after I take her into a broom closet and bang her into the next election cycle.

As has been stated, it’s already happening. Further proof Team D is not a leftist organization.

I see her as a Populist in the purest form. She'll get attacked from both sides on the same issue. For instance, take guns...

On the Libertarian boards, she's Mommy Tulsi to some, but others call her "Gun-Grabber Gabbard" and are dismayed at the love she gets. Whereas on the Progressive boards, she's disliked and painted as someone who is opposed to Gun-Control. You see posts like this going around now:

A Populist believes in serving the will of the people...and her district in Hawaii is extremely Liberal. Her voting record and positions are going to reflect the will of the people who put her into office. I think Opinion Polls will influence her Economic and Social Policy. Her Foreign Policy is where she focuses her energy -- she will not be pulled in any direction by anyone on that. It's why she's made so many Powerful enemies. The one thing you have to worry about...if you look at what motivated her to run the first time, it was the water being nasty. She'll be rigid and nothing at all like a Populist on Environmental issues. Her parents both own businesses, which probably explains why she's against Small business regulations.

I root for her because she's not for sale and because she's fuckable and not annoying.

Democrats are nostalgic for John McCain. Right now, I think a cardboard cutout of McCain would finish a close 2nd to Biden in the Primary.

They try to plaster Tulsi for meeting with Assad in every interview she does. They paint her like she's a Dictator Lover...

I have questions. If you are a Kali-like Demi-goddess as Tulsi is depicted in that one cartoon, how does your lower set of arms function without a supporting collarbone structure? And why must everyone who holds a principled stance against abortion or homosexual marriage always cave in to the opposition? How do parents reconcile two diametrically opposed theological views of the spiritual world by raising their children as a Hindu and a Catholic?

Cartoon Porn is red-hot right now. It taking off like the Cleveland Browns.

The Education system. The decline of the Church. Its almost impossible to hold those views and get elected as 'D' with those views.

No clue. Her dad is whacky as fuck. He actually had a weekly Radio show called "Lets Talk Straight" where he railed against homos and argued against porn. But, he's a huge Hemp advocate. Odd fucking guy. He reminds me of Straight Dave from that Sasha Baron Cohen movie 'Bruno' ...except, he's also a fucking Hawaiian shirt wearing hippie.

Everyone said Trump wasn't a Republican. The Dems have numbers on their side. There are 12-million more Registered Democrats than Republicans in America.

When you have an advantage like that, the Easiest way to beat a Populist and is to run a Populist at them. Running another Corporate Stooge like Hillary would be an error.

Someone like a Yang or Tulsi needs to catch fire and make a strong run. What's the argument against $1000 becoming the new $0? People bitch about some bum getting $600 in Food Stamps. Well, with UBI, that same person only gets a $400 bump up, while you get a 1k spruce-up. Plus, the Inflation drives Bitcoin prices up and we score out on that.

There's my ticket...
