The problem is Denver, LA, Portland, and Seattle are just about there too. We can probably add Chicago, Detroit, and NYC. Seems the Democrat agenda is to turn the US into a 3rd world country, with a smaller middle class and more heroin addicted, poor, and homeless.

Notice San Diego isn't listed. We have a Republican Mayor who enforces law, that what elected officials are supposed to do. As opposed to not enforcing laws, or only select laws.

At least those shitholes don’t have shit and needles in the street, though...
You're spreading fake news. They pick up ~1000 used needles off the street every day. And the residents have to hose the shit off the sidewalks themselves, since the city doesn't do it.
Notice there is not any shit or needles on the sidewalks or street? No heroin use out in the open? The city brings in porta potties, also most of the homeless are moved out of downtown business and tourist areas, and are given opportunities to move into homeless shelters for counseling and possible job opportunities.

Not hard to believe in large cities where a mortgage or rent is sky high, and so is crime and the homeless.
Obviously you don't like me pointing out Democrat hypocrisy. Instead you remain silent, unfortunately you and many Democrats haven't figured out that silence is the same as agreement.
The problem is you don't read anything I link, but always insist on commenting.
Nor am I the one who remains silent when Democrats go off the rails and decide its in the best interest of the party to not enforce illegal Immigration or illegal drug use, or defecation on our city streets and walkways. Even though those thing are not in the best interest of the country.
Obviously you would be much better off trying to limit your own idiocy.

Good god, you're a mess.
By the way, San Francisco is still the most beautiful place to live in the United States.
And the most expensive and highly educated... and it's not close.
Quite the pair you two make, dumb and dumber. One thinks a shit strewn city is beautiful because he's never actually there, the other is a Democratic sheep who believes the party is going to save his pension. Good luck with that logic the both of you.
Unfortunately SF will have to become much, much worst before there will ever be any change. Kinda like a commuter who took a wrong turn in San Diego and ended up in Baja California, then drove all the way down to Cabo San Lucas before deciding to turn around.
I didn't realize that shit on the sidewalk was an integral part of the process of gentrification, Kierland. Next you're going to tell me that without hypo needles sticking people unawares on their feet nothing can ever get improved. Huh. Whooda thunk it?
Queerland and Flatsux are part of the problem, not the solution. First you have to admit there is a problem, then change policies to fix it. Neither of those dimwits, nor the Democratic super majority seem able to do that......

The problem is income inequality. First you have to admit there is a problem...
The real problem is an over abundance of drug addicts homesteading in downtown SF. Last I checked passed out in a tent or on the street produces no income.
Just about every city in the US has a homeless problem to some degree. If you find the right area you can take some pretty disturbing pictures.
The West Coast just happens to be blessed with weather that won't kill you if you sleep outdoors most of the year.
So for Democrats this is not a problem. Yet in the CODEC thread we see Providence RI doesn't have this issue because they enforce the law and send addicts to treatment centers.
