The Beatles - 50th Anniversary White Album release

The first two disks are a 2018 re-mix of the original release (utter garbage and blasphemy...they just cranked the levels and added more irritating stereo separation), and the rest of the collection is demos and the band working songs out in the studio. Not as interesting as the 50th Anniversary release of Pepper's, but still a worthy addition to your Beatles catalogue.

I've seen some remasters that were so shity they managed to create artifacts in the recording that weren't there on the original LP pressings. Probably the worst example was the digital remaster of Piper at the Gates of Dawn. It was so shity I brought it back to the record store and made them swap it for a copy of Obscured by Clouds.
