Japanese Whiskies...
I really like Hibiki. I’ve tried the regular one, the 17, and the 21. All delicious in their own way. I don’t think I’d spring for anything other than the cheapest one which is still around $80/bottle. I think there’s a 12, and I know there’s a 30, but haven’t tried those. I have the “cheap” one in my liquor cabinet right now, a friend bought it for me, but when I finish it, I do plan on replacing it. I’ve only tried the expensive ones at a whiskey tasting, so it was just a tease, but the regular bottle is very good. It’s one of my favorites.
