Actually, the OT and the NT are the most validated texts and historical glimpses into the past that there are, bar none. Ranging from archeological artifacts and manuscripts to independent writers who were contemporaries of the various writers of the books in the Bible, no other literary work has been more scrutinized and critically examined for accuracy and precision.
