That DBQ show at Carnegie happened a few weeks before I was born. I may just have to cast something off to include it.

The Beatles, Shea Stadium, 1965-Crowd screaming through the roof, but an unprecedented live event.
Queen, Live Aid, 1985-If you've seen Bohemian Rhapsody, you'll know why this was a show to see.
The Who at Isle of Wight, 1970-The full set of "Tommy" with early classics.
Rage Against The Machine at PinkPop Festival, Netherlands, 1993-A classic Fuck You moment from Zach de la Rosa
Johnny Cash at San Quentin Prison, California, 1969-He wrote and performed a song against the prison...in the prison. This would never happen today.

Never saw any of these live, and wish I had
Pink Floyd
LZ
The Who
SRV
EC in his prime, either with Cream or the Layla lineup
BTW...going to see Van Morrison next week. I highly recommend seeing him if you have the chance. I saw him once when I was in HS, once in 2009 when he was doing Astral Weeks live plus a lot of other stuff with a 12 piece band, and once last year with a basic blues band. The guy still puts on a great performance.
Opening next week is Mavis Staples.

Pink Floyd - Portland 1978
Led Zepplin - Foghat - Peter Fampton - Seattle 1977
The Who - Portland - 1976
All were excellent shows in their prime.
Dude I went with to Floyd dropped some acid an hour before and lost his shit when the pig floated up from behind the stage.
The LZ show was a 3 hour drive in a dudes Chevy van with 7 of us, lot of beer and whiskey and non stop bong hits. One guy missed the entire show even though we damn near carried him in there.
The Who I lit my shirt on fire when I dropped a joint on my flannel shirt and did not notice it for a minute or so. Still was a great show.
