Yamiche Alcindor, a White House correspondent for PBS NewsHour, questioned whether the president's use of the word "nationalism" at several rallies ahead of the midterm was a dog whistle for "white nationalism," as many of his critics have suggested.

"That's such a racist question," Trump said. "What you just said is so insulting to me. It's a very terrible thing that you said."

Everyone knows that it was an example of Trump actually trying to defuse tensions for a change. By "good people on both sides" he was referring to peaceful hippies and decent southerners who don't want to see all traces of their heritage erased. As is generally the case, he could have said it better. But he should get credit for actually making an attempt to calm things in this case, rather than lob bombs.

I think everyone on the planet believes that Trump banged Stormy Daniels, then paid her to be quiet so it would not harm his election chances. And he lied to the press about it too. It is unlikely that such activity constitutes a crime. He is a known slime ball, and this is just one more log on the fire.

But I’m the context of what has happened in DC in the past (Kennedy fucking around, Johnson thieving, Nixon cheating, Reagan’s Contras, Clinton’s myriad of felonious activities including the Foundation, Obama’s cover ups of gun running etc.), it seems like a big load of WGARA.
