Diego knows zero about this which should surprise exactly no one. Switching the raw water source had little to do with the crisis. Not properly treating the water and not replacing lead pipes in a timely manner were the issues. The governor declared a state of emergency and sent cash. Congress did the same.

But hey don’t let facts get in the way of your liberal spin.
