Even in 2004 when Texas pulled a goose-egg they played better than they are today. I can't remember the last time I was this disgusted with a Texas offense.

I'm screwed. This game is taking so long that it won't be close to being over by the time USC-ND begins at 12:30. Shit. I'll miss a lot of the end of this abortion.

i saw the funniest bum fight of all time the first day i moved to Boulder in the mid 90's. both guys were both on the ground in a parking lot, too drunk to do anything but roll around with limbs enmeshed. one guy's arm looped under the other guy's crotch. they roll underneath a parked car and get stuck. i'm standing there, dismounted on my bike.....and the one guy who isn't face down on the asphalt blurts: "whadder you lookin' at, we'll both kick your ass". this from a guy who is stuck underneath a car.

kind of how this one is going.

2nd half is going to be tough for OU.

Texas is a 2nd half team and they get the ball to start it.

Hopefully our D can keep their tempo up.

i think the game opens up in the 2nd half....which is not good for OU in the Jones/McCoy comparison.

anyway, chile verde is done.....leave it in the stockpot for another 1/2 hour to "come together". if anybody wants some, come on over and bring some beer.

Texas opening up quickly here.

Then again it is the second half. I'm beginning to feel rather Nostradamos-ish here.

Just when the Horns were showing some promise...they settle for 3. We might be stuck at 6-6 for a while.

Brilliant, OU. Burn a time out on the first play from scrimmage, following an extended TV time out.

This is just incredible.

OU looks totally flat. This thing is there for Texas to take. OU will break if Texas can get ahead.

OU not getting the pressure on McCoy nearly as much this half, and now McCoy can look like McCoy.

He just got the P.I. call, but he had all day to throw there.
