The #2 (??) Kicker/Punter in the country committed today, too.

After the USC fiasco, an upgrade at kicker is warranted. The #3 punter in the NCAA is probably safe in his job, but a new kicker is cool... Dylan Ausherman, JC guy with 2 years left.

Things are shaping up quite well. Everyone seems to think Shaq Thompson is going to come wednesday, too... we'll see. He'd be crazy to choose Kal with the exodus, except maybe for the proximity to home (Sacramento, or thereabouts). He'd be crazy to join a UDub team with no freaking defense (sup RGIII). He knows where to come to win games. Only about a 6 hour drive home for him (closer than USC, I believe), will win like mad, and gets himself a lucrative shoe deal if he makes the pros.

Getting 2 5 stars (depending on whose rankings you use) doesn't suck.

Quack. Quack. Mother. Fuckers.

L.A. from Sacramento is a 5 1/2 hour drive through the meth capital of the world. Although the lower U&L may boast more than their fair share of White Punks On Dope, the Central Valley is to crank what Afghanistan is to heroin.

Haven't heard why USC never seemed to be on Shaq's radar.

Ummm ... because Shaq is "Golden".

Mama Thompson and Squid love Tedford and Cal.

Not a chance in HELL that Shaq goes to Whoregon even if he is good friends with AA.

AA was NEVER a Cal commit... and I could really care less that he went to Nike U. The guy is a good DL prospect... but, he is one of the best OL prospects in the country and Chipper said he could play DL which is where he wants to play. Cal is LOADED on the DL, so not a biggie.

Shaq will come down to Cal and the Fuskies... since Tosh had been recruiting Shaq since he was 15 years old.

Douche Loupaid, has really fucked with Shaq's head.

Look for Shaq to be "Golden" if Mama Thompson and Squid has anything to say.

Cal has the # 2 high school QB in the country and already enrolled in school and ready for spring.

The only thing Cal has been missing from dominating the PAC.

Cal having the top Defense in the conference the last 2 years in a row... all they have been missing is someone who can get the ball to the stud wide-outs.

I know Shaq has always been a solid Cal guy, but I was referring to now. Since he's apparently opening up his options to include Oregon, okay, why not USC too?

Oh, and back when you thought the Brothers Armstead were locks for Cal, you were gushing over them like they were the second coming of the Selmons.

I could care less about AA... if he wasn't playing on the OL.

Cal just got DD and is a MONSTER... known by all the players on the West Coast.

Yep, those dominoes sure keep falling, don't they? Ellis McCarthy...gonzo. Arik Armstead (and his brother)...sayonara. Cradle-to-grave Cal commit Shaq Thompson...laterz, dude! Lolerz! Jordan Payton...scanning airline schedules to other schools as we speak.

Cal's recruiting class isn't even ranked in the Top 20 anymore! Looks like they're "golden" alright, as in all their five-star recruits up and took a golden shower on them!

Hey, M2, notice whose class is ranked the highest in the Pac 12 now, including the highest average star rating by a mile in all of college football? I'll give you a hint: Theirs is the only program in the nation that currently sports a 4.0 average...and it ain't Oregon, and it sure as fuck ain't Cal.

Here's the shitty thing about Cal's recruiting class. They just received a verbal from a kid that was in my class his jr. year and is now at the school where my daughter goes. Super kid, been at my house, great player, love him to death....and NOW I HAVE TO FUCKING ROOT FOR CAL.....DAMMIT....Ah shit, I'll root for the kid to do well but not the team......

And just because your team gets a top recruiting class doesn't mean that it will win championships.
Well in Cal's case they get less than top notch classes but always seem to win the national championship.

As it should, in response to kids decommitting and/or finally signing. Until everyone's accounted for, any rankings list ought to remain fluid.

Class Ranks should be done on avg star level of the players, not a points system where a class of 30 players is ranked vs a class of 15

At this point my oldest is still at Mission and my youngest is at Ladera Ranch. We are trying to decide between Servite and RSM, the boys want RSM because Servite doesn't have girls. My wife ruled out Mater Dei because she hates that school and O Lu because her sisters kids go there and those girls are bad.
As long as they're not throwing a kid against the wall and Sandusking him, I don't see a problem with some discipline as long as the teams win.

Look, people, it's not about the players your team lands. Rather, it's all about the players Cal loses. The goal here is for another epic M2 crash and burn. So far, Cal has lost every single player from that All-Star game pic over which M2 was so proudly gushing. Everyone who was flashing that 'C' hand gesture? Where Cal was concerned, it must have stood for 'cockblock.'

'Dominoes' needs to join the pantheon of great T1B memes like 'Iowa St,' '1/16 Jewish,' 'meat gazing,' 'at least I'm not AP,' 'hot chicks with balls on your chin,' etc.

We're so close now to this glorious moment...so damn close.

One thing I'm noticing about Rivals and their little list there - it changes like monkey farts in a cool breeze.
Tell me about it. Cal has dropped from 21 to 26 since I checked at lunch today.

Auburn is hanging in at #20 with only 15 commitments. Even if we settle for 10 "two star" players, we're still better off than feCal.

Face it, troof, it's cocksucking wannabees like you that drive away any real football talent.

Let the fun and games... begin.

Just hours away.

Cal needed a qb... and got the #2 in the country and won Gatorade Player of the Year in California. The last qb to do that ?

Matt Barkeley.

Cal needed OL and will have the best OL recruits in the PAC.

Cal needed WR's and will land the best recruiting class of WR's in the PAC.

Cal is loaded at DL and is 4 deep with studs... so the loss of McCarthy (who was always fucla) and AA (who is a good but not great DL) is not a big sweat.

Shaq is the one player that I really wanted, but isn't bright enough to see past Douche Lupaid's slimy bullshit.

There's a good chance... Cal may flip the #2 LB in the country tomorrow from Florida State.

Stay tuned.

Not even close. USC has already landed two five-star O-Lineman, and they remain in the hunt for a third. Stanford also looks to have a monster O-Line class. Cal isn't even in the running.

You're on crack. Once they lose Jordan and USC lands Agholar...game over.

There's also a "good chance" Cal will go undefeated and play for the national title next year.

Definitely. Looking forward to seeing USC's tiny 15-player class stomp a mudhole in Cal's much larger 25-30 player haul.

This just in...according to a real source (rivals.com)...Cal will end up finishing no better than fourth in the Pac 12 recruiting wars, and there's a distinct possibility that they will end up finishing sixth behind USC, UCLA, Oregon, Stanford and Washington.

Wisky’s recruiting class started out strong. Then they started hemorrhaging assistant coaches. Then they started hemorrhaging their top recruits. But Bielema and his staff have always been adept at coaching up the three star players. Be interesting to see where it winds up.
