Don't they call that chasing the dragon ?
Do a bunch of coke (stimulant) and ludes (downers) at the same time and get some kind of float in between high ? Apparently correct dosing was not one of her strong points.
Back in my EMT days, one of the first calls I went on was a dude doing that..he was really fucked up..it finally got him about 10 years later.

Categorically, no. That is not chasing the dragon.

I dont know about you, BUT, I love that word, "Categorically". just the way it flows in a given sentence. Please feel free to use it more often in here. thanks in advance.

Yeah, that one would suck.
ucunt - nice guy in real life
That one would genuinely be tough to imagine. More of a Santa Claus in real life: ucant, TVO or mvscal?
tom in va - a fukking prick in real life
Ditto. Add TiC and Jsc here.
Sam - blinged out 'busa riding brother in oaktown, cousin of r-jack.
Now that one would make me laugh.

We've all missed out on the ultimate disillusionment (is that even a word?) so far. Here it is:
Dins has a wife, to whom he is absolutely faithful to a fault, a full-time job, 2.5 kids, a minivan (non-Spicoli-esque), a dog, and a white house with a picket fence on a corner lot tucked away in a quiet, leafy U&L suburb, and he has never ingested any mood-altering chemical substance in his entire life. And in real life, he is humble to a fault.

Certainly would be if I was married... but I'm not.
a full-time job
My workload varies, sometimes short hours, sometimes long weeks. Wage is pretty deece, so I roll with it.
Off to the coast today for work soon. Spring break should be rather inauspicious at the beach, with a round of storms due in. The LC will still be partying, I'm sure.
2.5 kids
None that I scratch a check for every month, anyway. How does one have 0.5 kids, anyway? Not thorough with the coathanger?
a minivan
Same old beater Chev truck I've had forever... kind of on its last legs these days. Wouldn't mind a minivan, really -- pile all sorts of junk in one, and sleep in it on fishing trips.
a dog
No pets since the ancient old cats finally croaked. More fucking rodents running around since their demise.
a white house with a picket fence on a corner lot
Green, hedge around the front, completely fenced in back, since...
tucked away in a quiet, leafy U&L suburb
It backs up to a strip mall on an extremely busy business hiway, with plenty of tweekers running about.
And I'd be interested to hear of a burb around here that isn't "leafy."
he has never ingested any mood-altering chemical substance in his entire life.
Oh, I certainly have.
And in real life, he is humble to a fault.
To a pretty large extent, yeah. Hate to burst your bubble, but I appreciate that you care so much.

I know. I was talking about things that would disillusion me about this place, i.e., if you were a nice guy in real life.

Because we all know that everyone’s board persona matches the one they have in real life. You are painfully ignorant.

Are you always this tedious? Check out who else made the "nice guy in real life" list (TVO, ucan't, mvscal, now you). Notice a pattern there?

2.5 is somewhere around the national average, last I checked, anyway. Also thrown in as a hedge, just in case you've been completely trolling all these boards for a decade or so.

There are two types of minivans. The family type, and the Spicoli type. The difference pretty much hinges on how they're used. I'm pretty sure which one yours would be, if you had one.

Sorry, TVO is much more entertaining than you are. Wrong-headed maybe, but entertaining nonetheless.
