Re: Baltimore.
Out here they have road blocks set up most weekends. They stop every car and ask questions if one were to drive into one. I usually ride a beach cruiser (or a taxi) if I'm out and about, they haven't started stopping them yet. lolMoving Sale wrote:Wait! What? Re: Baltimore.
Yea those are two different things. Leaving a bar is not PC to get pulled over. Capisce?
Re: Baltimore.
In Oregon, roadblocks were rules unconstitutional about 30 years ago (as they should have been everywhere else)... since detaining someone without probable cause is a constitutional no-no.

i've been stopped at blocks like that and told the officer they had no reason to stop me and that unless I was under arrest I was free to go....after a quick bit of arguing, the policeman running the show came up and told me I was free to go.....
fuck the police and their illegal stops, searches and seizures...btw, the Baltimore PD chief acknowledged they had no reason to arrest Grey

And even if that is true, it wouldn't surprise me that the political appointee of that mayor would be a lapdog.
If the knife was legal, why hasn't the prosecutor released a photo of it?

Coming from a bar isn't probable cause (could be a bartender or DD). A driver weaving, alternating speeds, driving w/o headlights @ night...those are part of establishing probable cause.
