Yes.

The problem (in America, anyway) is that both major parties have moved to socialist policies.
You may disagree with that, but simplistically, we wouldn't have the debt we do if that were not the case.
And the political system has been set up so that it's VERY hard for a 3rd party candidate to gain any traction to fight against the two parties who dominate power.

You can expect some people in America to lash out as things continue to deteriorate for the country.
