Maybe if there was one more pax that would have waved directions to the driver he could have made it.
Also love all the cell phone video and no one making a move to help the driver, instead they are mocking for position on the next bus if it makes it across.

Here's a better video, which shows the bus at the bottom. There were no passengers, just the driver, who was killed.
