No. The election wasn't even very close. Obama's been expected to win for a long time. Everyone knew it was coming yesterday and the stock market shot up. The dow going down today is a reaction to the big day yesterday. Its pretty common for the unstable market we've been having that people are looking to sell high whenever the market goes up.
