Right.
You suck. Badly.
Stop trying to shine your own turd.
You've made a complete ass of yourself on the board.
You're not interesting.
You're tedious and repetitive to an extreme.
Nobody thinks you're smart.
Not even your own son, who others here met.
I'm sure the lad goes to his room at night and laffs his ass off at what a tool his own pop is.
I know the admins have told you to get your act together, because everyone is tired of your endless bullshit.

Or smart like in I think Obama is a Kenyan?
Or by smart do you mean I think decriminalization means having a pound of pot will get you time?
Is that what you mean by smart you vapid asshat?

1) I don't think the earth is 6,000 years old. I don't know how old it is, and the Bible doesn't give an age for it.
2) My claim is not that Barry was born in Kenya, although he claimed that. Forged documents are my claim.
3) Everyone is well aware of what decriminalization is, asshat. Keep digging.
Responding to your bullshit is just like mowing the damn lawn.
Loser.

So what you are saying is I know more about the bible than you and you are the biblical scholar? The bible says when earth was formed and the gives the lineage of Adam and Eve. All one has to do is count back from today till you get to someone we can historically date and you get about 6,000.

I hope you do know more about the Bible than I do.
Read it more.
Lots more.
I've never claimed to be a Biblical scholar.
No, the Bible does not say when the earth was formed.
It just says it was... in the beginning, but does not declare when the beginning was.
Specifically, it's possible that there is a gap (of an unknown amount of time) between Genesis 1:1 and 1:2.
The age of the earth is not definitively given in the Bible.
People can speculate and draw their own conclusions -- but it's not something I spend much time with, because God clearly places no importance on having us know it.

Bergdahl will faces charges under articles 85 and 99 of the military’s Uniform Code of Military Justice, Fidell said.
Article 85, desertion, can be used to punish a variety of offenses, including anyone who “quits his unit, organization, or place of duty with intent to avoid hazardous duty or to shirk important service.” The sentence for those convicted can include death, although that is highly uncommon and has not occurred since 1944, when Pvt. Eddie Slovik was executed by a firing squad after running away from combat duty in France.
Article 99, misbehavior before the enemy, is used to charge a service member who has run away in the face of the enemy, abandoned his unit, cast aside his weapon or ammunition or willfully failed “to do his utmost to encounter, engage, capture, or destroy any enemy troops, combatants, vessels, aircraft, or any other thing, which it is his duty so to encounter, engage, capture, or destroy.”

What type of court martial, cock jockey? There are four different kinds of courts martial with an increasing level of jeopardy. You might want to stick to bailing out drunks and hookers. You don't know shit about military law.
His best case scenario would have been a BCD special court martial for violating Article 85. Maximum penalty: one year of confinement, reduction in grade to E1, forfeiture of 2/3rds pay for 12 months and bad conduct discharge.
His worst is a general court martial with both Articles 85 and 99 on his charge sheet. Maximum penalty? Death by lethal injection.
Just a slight difference...besides you said he just went out for a walk, remember?

Bergdahl's Defense Is He Was Planning to Come Back
Former Taliban prisoner and U.S. Army Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl told military investigators that he left his base in June 2009 to report on misconduct in his unit and always intended to come right back. That will also be his defense if and when he faces a court-martial for desertion, according to his lawyer.
“He had concerns about certain conditions in the unit and things that happened in the unit and he figured that the only way to get any attention to them would be to get that information to a general officer,” Bergdahl’s lawyer, Eugene Fidell, told me Thursday. Based on that, Fidell could argue that Bergdahl was thus technically "absent without official leave" (AWOL), rather than a deserter.

10 U.S. Code § 899 - Art. 99. Misbehavior before the enemy
Any member of the armed forces who before or in the presence of the enemy—
(1) runs away;
(2) shamefully abandons, surrenders, or delivers up any command, unit, place, or military property which it is his duty to defend;
(3) through disobedience, neglect, or intentional misconduct endangers the safety of any such command, unit, place, or military property;
(4) casts away his arms or ammunition;
(5) is guilty of cowardly conduct;
(6) quits his place of duty to plunder or pillage;
(7) causes false alarms in any command, unit, or place under control of the armed forces;
(8) willfully fails to do his utmost to encounter, engage, capture, or destroy any enemy troops, combatants, vessels, aircraft, or any other thing, which it is his duty so to encounter, engage, capture, or destroy; or
(9) does not afford all practicable relief and assistance to any troops, combatants, vessels, or aircraft of the armed forces belonging to the United States or their allies when engaged in battle;
shall be punished by death or such other punishment as a court-martial may direct.
Yes, he is and, yes, he absolutely should take the needle. Unfortunately, it's highly unlikely that he will. I will say fifteen years plus or minus five.

he won't receive a death penalty, but I have no doubt he's going to be spending some significant time at the Leaverworth facility....the military generally doesn't charge people unless they've got a pretty strong case.....

The case is a slam dunk. There is absolutely no possible (successful) defense for his actions. He's going to go away for a long time because:
A. He's guilty and deserves it.
B. Courts martial have a further responsibility to promote the good order and discipline of the force. You can't simply allow some dipshit to abandon his post without severe consequences. It would be a slap in the face to everybody else who has and is out there risking life and limb. It would very bad for morale to let this clown skate with a slap on the wrist when he's found guilty.
Hopefully his unit also got a full colonoscopy a few years ago. I don't doubt for a second Bowe's allegations that his unit was completely fucked up mess.
