They have no immigration status, dumbfuck. Their presence in this country is in violation of our immigration law hence illegal alien. They are not authorized by law to live here and they are not authorized by law to work here.
Which "action" do you suppose has been "deferred" under the blatantly unconstitutional DACA executive order?

So non citizens with no legal status to be in this country are not illegal, but US citizens are because of traffic laws in the midget's warped view.

There is one really good reason that all illegal aliens should be deported. It removes the incentive for tomorrow's illegals. DACA basically tells would be fence jumpers, just get here.....WITH your kids, because those fukking kids are the anchor that will keep them and almost certainly, you here.
The other reason is it is a thumb in the eye to the suckers out there that wait their turn. And if you wanna go on about "undocumented" success stories, I bet you would find that on average, the documented immigrants are far better contributors to society.

One more thing, I keep hearing all sorts of noise about "dreamers" that are vets. What I have not seen is actual evidence of this group.
Uncle Sam these days is pretty good about collecting verifiable documentation prior to enlistment. Hell, I enlisted back in the dark ages ('84) and they were pretty damn thorough then. If they did enlist, it was obviously done with fraudulent documentation (another violation). I could be 18 years into a spotless career and if I was found to be submitting any sort of fraudulent documentation, what do you think they'd do at my court martial? Do you think my JAG attorney would stand up in front of the court and say "you can't punish my client! he served in the military!!!!".

I know this is going to go over your head (and what doesn't?), but the drug problem in this country is very complicated. Sending Juan and Carlos back to Tijuana on a bus is not. If you don't want to be deported, don't come into or stay in our country without authorization. It's that simple. The rule should apply to children as well as adults. Get in line and become legal citizens like the million immigrants who follow the rules and do it every year.

By definition they're immigrants. Are you saying they're from Canada?
Check your reading comprehension. If they're immigrants they're not "south of the border." They're here.

And no, I'm not saying they're from Canada, though some might be. But thanks for proving my point. Like I said, to you it's all about Mexicans. You seem to be forgetting about the ones from China, South Korea, India, etc., etc.
They also come from El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Peru, Brazil...
I guess that's "south of the border"...
technically... but to you I'm sure they all look like Mexicans.

I'm pretty sure a minor child can't just "become a citizen legally."

That's like saying a bank robber is law abiding because he drives away from the scene very carefully to avoid getting pulled over.
No, it's not. None of them robbed a bank. None of them committed a felony to get here and none of them are committing a felony by being here. By repeating this false equivalency you continually prove the extreme the level of your dumbassery.
Let me pose a question. Have you never broken any law? Where's your respect for the laws of our country? If you live in SoCal, or anywhere in California, for that matter, I'm pretty sure you've driven over 80 mph on the freeway on at least one occasion. Ever rolled through a stop sign, or ran through a red because you didn't want to stop? Speeding and reckless driving cause thousands of deaths on the road every year and, IMO, people who have no respect for our speed limits should be in jail. When are you going to turn yourself the fuck in you flaming hypocrite?
ML@Coyote wrote:The fact that they're here is a violation of the law. By giving them special treatment, you are saying they're weak and incapable, which they aren't. Our country allows one million immigrants to become citizens each year. Despite what many would have you believe, becoming a legal citizen is not an impossible task.
You asked me to tell you what you were missing. I told you. Don't change the subject.

Mikey,
Wow, it took you some time to respond! You seem to have been struggling with my post, so I'll help you out step by step. See if you can ignore the liberal rhetoric you hold so dear, and follow along:
1. Your the one who started up this bullshit about who my friends were. It was a rookie mistake on your part, and you ought to admit it and move on. This being a message board, I can tell you anything I want, and you have no way of verifying whether it's true or not. And odds are that you'll call me a liar no matter what I say. You fucked up here, so move on and stop pretending you've made some kind of point.
2. You claim they're not from south of the border because they're here. This is one of the more stupid statements I've read on this subject. I can't even believe you wrote it. What the fuck are you talking about? I'd say not only are they from south of the border, but they're here illegally.
3. You say a minor child can't become a citizen legally? Then what the fuck is the child doing here? Who put them in the position their in? US citizens? Hardly. If you want to complain to someone and assign blame for the situation, look to the child's parents. You seem to keep forgetting who began and prolonged this difficult situation in the first place.
4. I gave you an analogy. Rather than try to comprehend the purpose of the analogy, you picked it apart. You and Moving Sale ought to start up a legal practice together. The point of the analogy was that obeying laws just because your afraid to be found out for already breaking them does not make you law abiding. It just makes you sneaky.
5. Yes I've broken traffic laws, and when I've been caught, I've paid the price for them. So what? Are you really comparing a speeding ticket now and then with living illegally in someone else's country? LOL! What planet do you live on? The law in question isn't whether or not you're driving 80 on the freeway...it's whether you're authorized to be in a country. I get caught speeding, and I pay a fine and/or go to traffic school. Break the immigration laws, and you get deported. It isn't rocket science.
6. My comments about the likelihood that you don't think much of immigrants and their own capabilities is not changing the subject at all. If fact it's the crux of your problem. You think less of them, and believe they need you to pander to them, rather than tell them to get off their asses and become legal citizens like a million others seem to be able to do every year without all your bleeding heart babying. It is you who thinks less of these people.

The force that influences immigration is the desire for a better life. The forces that influence drug use in America are multi-faceted and have little to do with immigration.

They cannot become a citizen legally on their own. You say that I should blame the parents, and yet your entire point in this thread is that the child should be held responsible and pay the price. You seem to be a bit confused.
It's not a matter of paying a price. It's a matter of drawing a line. I could be being a little harsh on this. But I think if a line isn't drawn, we're only asking for more of the same.
Your analogy was bullshit, and I already explained why. EOS.

Just because you have been saying it for 7 pages doesn't make it any closer to being truth.
U.S. immigration law includes provisions intended to help authorities keep track of foreign nationals in the United States. By law, all non-U.S. citizens aged 18 or older are required to carry at all times, a “certificate of alien registration or alien registration receipt card” (e.g., I-94 for nonimmigrants or the I-551 card for permanent residents). Foreign nationals are also obligated to notify the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) of any change of their home address.
Section 264(e) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) requires every alien over the age of 18 to “carry with him and have in his personal possession” the “certificate of alien registration or alien registration receipt card.” In practice, this would be the I-94 card for most nonimmigrants in the U.S., or, in the case of lawful permanent residents, the I-551 card (i.e. the “green card”). If the nonimmigrant’s latest I-94 was issued electronically (i.e., ‘paperless’ I-94 issued at a port of entry), a printout of the online form should be on one’s possession at all times.
Most foreign nationals, including green card holders, are also required to notify the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) of a change of address within ten days of relocating. The process is simple, free, and can even be done online by filing form AR-11.
It has been relatively rare for foreign nationals to be prosecuted under these legal provisions. But, since these laws are still on the books, and immigration officials conceivably could start enforcing these requirements at any given time. Hence, it is safest to follow the law. Fortunately, complying with these requirements should be relatively simple for those who have the status and have the required paperwork.
So any alien that didn't enter the US legally is breaking a law the minute they turn 18. So what were you saying about them not being law breakers? Those 18 and over anyway.

264(e) only applies to people required to register under 264(a) and those are only the people appling for a visa under 261.
Go back and read Kennedy's opinion in Arizona.
Or you can squirm and lie for 7 more pages.
