The two party system no longer works in America, and citizens are tired of the shenanigans.
Which is why Trump the outsider was elected.
So we need a one party system with Drumpf as Dear Leader.
Noted.
Time to round up all those treasonous Democrats who sat on their hands. At least none of them shouted "liar!" in the middle of the speech.

1. "Don't listen to his words. Look at what is in his heart."
2. "Don't take his words literally."
3. "Let me clarify what he said."

6. "What he said is not entirely supported by the facts."
7. "He fights fire with fire."
8. “Genuine president expressing himself genuinely.”
9. "Just trump being trump."
10. "Wait until he matures in office."
11. “It’s not terrible but it’s kind of the classic Trump in that he overstates things.”
12. “Maybe he was being sarcastic.”
13. “While I find it hard to believe I should have to defend the President on this . . .”
14. “It is not unusual for staffers to hear him bluster about things. That doesn’t mean it’s real.”
15. “The president speaks for himself,”
16. “The tweet speaks for itself.”
17. “He wasn’t meaning to give a factual statement.”
18. “He was misinterpreted.”
19. “The president will use whatever language he wants to use, obviously.”
20. “I don’t think the president really modulates his language, have you noticed?”
21. “He was being rhetorical.”
22. “The president's style is the president's style.”
23. “Mar-a-Lago stirs him up,”
24. “He was paraphrasing.”
25. “The tweet was simply sloppy and unfortunate.”
26. “He was trying to be cute.”
27. “Give him time. He's learning on the job.”
28. “His comments were unfortunate but his heart is in the right place.”
29. “This is how the forgotten men and women of America talk at a (Wisconsin) bar,”
30. “It will actually resonate with his base, not alienate it,”
31. “Let's judge the President after 4 years and not on what he says.”
32. “I don’t recall him ever saying that specifically.”
33. “He is a flawed man, I am a flawed man. God will take care of it...”
34. “President Trump was speaking “tongue in cheek”

Partially true.
Dim bulbs perceive(d) him to be an outsider.
The bankers own Donald's flabby ass -- and they have for decades.
Think.
How's that draining of the swamp going?
Any progress?

Sure, I was in grade school at the time but Reagan's Iran speech is widely considered his worst speech while he was in office. Many of these were mentioned at the time and after:

Who knows. Was the internet a thing then?
If you want to say Reagan was a better President than Trump, fine. The point I was making is either Party will justify their members idiotic comments, especially those of a President and folks in the national spotlight.

I think your broad brush has painted your fat ass into a corner. Trump is by far the worst spoken president in memory, totally lacking in common sense and common decency. But it's a total hoot watching you all trying to defend him by suggesting that he's just like all the other politicians. I thought the attraction was that he's different.

The best part of Trump has been the tax cuts.

They started really fudging the job reports back around this time. Of course - then the media said very little about it. It was Obama's crew just basically being dishonest.
Now Trump's using the same fudged numbers.

1. All Democrats are fuckheads. This is just how it is.
2. A lot of Republicans are fuckheads.
3. Most of all of them are fuckheads.
4. Why do you care? As long as you get to give 5 year old Billy a cocklette casserole against his will, you're happy.

Prolly not. But Obama worked his ass off to keep the economy from growing. He was the only President since Hoover not to see the economy grow at a 3% rate in a single year of his Presidency. He also added more dollars of debt to the national debt than any other president.
So yeah he was horrible on his own.

Wrong. It is amusing that people believe this and it is enjoying to point such things out, and to watch the spin.
Softball Bat wrote:

Of course you flat earther's always go to this you prove your earth. You just want to hide behind "I don't know what it is, but it isn't a sphere because you haven't proved it."
Further when faced with facts that don't fit your flat earth model, you and others just back away and refuse to answer and say things like "I am still studying that."
Reality says you (flat earthers) need to provide a model that allows for sunsets, eclipses, non-stop southern hemisphere flights, and how there are places on the map that have 24 hours of light at times and 24 hours of darkness at other times. See all of those work just fine on a globe. Waiting for you shape that isn't a globe where they all still work. Then you can attempt to explain why no one has seen the ice wall that holds everything in place.

You do realize that there’s no such thing as a Southern Hemisphere.

By themselves? No they don’t. But they prove that your dinner plate model is false.
So, again, are you ready to discuss said flights?
Excellent point Mikey, thanks for the reminder.

LS wrote:but they prove that your dinner plate model is false
I have never endorsed a model of the earth.
In fact, I always went out of my way to point that out.
Over and over again.
I don't know the shape for sure.
I do know that the globe isn't it.
The curvature for the model simply isn't there.
The end.
If you want to talk about southern hemisphere flights or anything else related to the shape of the earth, I will be glad to read what you post.
I'd like to see it.
I enjoy reading info.
I have no interest in discussing the issue here, though.
Folks can do their own research.

You claim to not know the shape, but then emphatically say that it isn’t a certain shape. Doublespeak much.
You claim it isn’t a globe despite overwhelming evidence that supports a globe model. So, given what we know about intercontinental flights, put together a model that supports those flight times and isn’t a globe. This is basic science. You disagree with an accepted norm, you put forward an alternative and put it out for others to disprove or prove.
But you like many others don’t want to do this. You want to claim some sort of pergatory. You want to claim some sort of moral high ground yet offer up no alternative. I won’t call you names as there is no need for that. But I will chuckle at your expense and then feel sad for you. But make no mistake the burden of proof is on you (flat earthers) to both disprove the globe and prove another model.

My goodness.
This is frightening.
Do they actually let you fly an airplane with people on it?
It isn't your globe because the curvature is simply not there.
Have you ever given that any thought?
Overwhelming.
lol
Overwhelming propaganda -- such as the Space Sex nonsense that only a child would believe.
The lack of curvature shoots down your globe.
That is simple and very obvious.
That does not mean I therefore have to know for sure what the shape (or dimensions) of earth is
I don't know.
