To recap: abortion being legal has nothing to do with majority rule.

A majority electoral vote picks the president. A majority vote picks the Senate. They get together and pick the justices. The justices make their decision, and what do you know? Their decision coincides with the majority opinion of the population!

Roe v Wade overturned? Kind of dumb to be arguing about something that hasn't even happened.

You really are an idiot. More people voted for the senators that voted again most of the SC than other way around. Again: there is no majority rule in USA, but keep digging tard.

Joe Biden winning his race is certainly a lot more believable than Moscow Mitch winning his....

Why do you vote if not to help create a majority in government that sees the world your way?

Sorry, the question was directed at MS. But you're free to answer it. Why do you vote?

You and NixFux both declared CRT to be evil without stating a reason why, other than it’s evil. I’m not defending it OR criticizing it, but challenged you to present a reason, based on whatever is actually in there, to explain why it’s evil.
I gave my reason why I don't think CRT should be taught in our schools. Look again. Oh and this too as far as CRT in schools.

Crickets...
Yeah crickets because you didn’t add anything. You are now talking about democratically voting for a representative majority when that wasn’t even your original take. And that is without discussing universal suffrage. Again moving goal posts. This is what you originally said: Since we live in a democracy, majority rules.
This is not the case, with the exception of referendums, until you admit that what you said is complete BS I’m not playing your pansy guessing game.

That's exactly what I've been talking about all along. People who we decide should have a say. The set of these people changes over time to reflect a more enlightened public sentiment, as it should.

That is my whole point: you have been running from this- “Since we live in a democracy, majority rules. Polls indicate the most people in the country approve of abortions, so they ought to be legal.” ever since I brought up that it was BS. Just because the majority wants something doesn’t mean they get it or even ought to get it. It’s call the USC. Either admit you fucked up or keep digging that hole. I don’t care which you pick.

And just so we are clear: that is not how you quote part of a sentence. It’s gives the impression that I said something I didn’t say. It’s a bit like lying. Kinda par for your course.

Which is subject to interpretation by people put in place by majorities (see the 2nd amendment), and which is subject to amendments and repeals of amendments carried out by people put in place by majorities (see the 18th amendment). Sorry. No matter how you slice the cake, as a rule, majorities rule.

BTW, if abortion being legal isn't an example of majority rule, what is it an example of?

So for like the tenth time. Amendments (and the USC itself) is by super majority. Abortion being legal is a result of the 14th Am.
It’s actually a result of a law that was passed by a majority being overturned as violative of the USC. You really didn’t learn all this in HS?

Think interpretation. Then think about how the Supreme Court Justices making their interpretations got their jobs. It's no coincidence that their overall decision (and interpretation of the constitution) was in line with the majority of citizens.

Bullshit. Rich people get what they want not “the majority” of average citizens. I know SC is another world, but what planet do you live on?

We were talking about abortions, and now you've expanded the topic. Fine. Name some specific ways that our representative government has acted in favor of the "rich" at a detriment to the "majority of average citizens." I'm not saying there aren't any ways. I'm just curious to know what you think they are.

No. You are going to admit that we don’t live in place where majority rules on abortion or you are going to keep digging that hole.

I posted it.
I see that there are multiple articles claiming Don's diaper pants are -----> debunked.
lol
All of the articles claim that Snopes has debunked it.
Therefore it is debunked.
Snopes said that Barry's bogus BC was debunked.
Lying sacks of fvcking shit.
Fvck Snopes.
Don had his pants on backwards.
Or he had a diaper on.
Or both.
When did the front of your pants ever look like that? :)
Freak show!
